Goldman Expects More CDO Litigation: SEC Filing

Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has been hit with five shareholder derivative suits over collateralized debt obligation offerings in the past two weeks and anticipates that more litigation over CDOs may be filed, the company disclosed in a securities filing Monday.

Goldman's 8-K statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission revealed that five shareholder suits had been filed against it since April 22 in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York....
