Wyeth's Bid To Extend Cattle Drug Patent Trampled

Law360, New York (May 4, 2010, 1:11 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in a case brought by Wyeth LLC over a patent term extension for a drug used to treat parasites in cattle.
