Delta, US Airways Fight DOT Rejection Of Slot Plan

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 1:02 PM EDT) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. and US Airways Group Inc. have vowed to appeal a decision by the U.S. Department of Transportation to nix on competition grounds a compromise the two airlines proposed as part of a bid to swap takeoff and landing slots at New York's LaGuardia Airport and Washington's Reagan National Airport.
