Delta To Send US Airways Bid To Board

Law360 (January 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Even while vowing to remain a stand-alone carrier, Delta Air Lines Inc. said it is mulling a $10.2 billion takeover bid by rival US Airways Group Inc. and will take the offer to its board of directors soon.
