Condo Developers Fight Cuomo Over Return Of $16M

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 3:05 PM EDT) -- The developers of a luxury building in Manhattan have filed a federal lawsuit challenging New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's conclusion that $16 million in down payments for condominiums must be returned because of an alleged typographical error in an offering plan prepared by Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.
