Increasing Iran Oversight

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 1:19 PM EDT) -- Each house of U.S. Congress has passed its own version of legislation that would tighten U.S. economic sanctions against Iran, particularly its petroleum sector. The proposed new sanctions would primarily target non-U.S. firms by broadening an existing statute known as the Iran Sanctions Act.
