FTC Makes 2nd Request On Donnelley, Bowne Deal

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission asked R.R. Donnelley and Bowne & Co. Inc. on Wednesday for additional information related to R.R. Donnelley's proposed $481 million acquisition of the financial communications firm.

In separate 8-K filings with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, each company said it planned to cooperate with the second request, which comes pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
