Creditors Oppose Class Claim In Musicland Case

Law360 (January 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The official committee of unsecured creditors in Musicland Holding Corp.’s bankruptcy case has lashed out at a group of store managers seeking class status in a lawsuit brought against the music retailer for alleged violations of California's overtime laws.
