US Airways Pilots Can't Revive Pension Claims

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a dismissal of a suit filed by more than 100 US Airways Inc. pilots over or approaching the age of 60 who alleged the Air Line Pilots Association, the plaintiffs’ former collective bargaining representative, breached its duty of fair representation in the termination of a retirement plan.
