Fed. Circ. Nixes $34M Patent Judgment V. Hyundai

Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Monday threw out a patent infringement judgment for Clear With Computers LLC that left Hyundai Motor America Inc. on the hook for $34 million, ruling that the customized product proposal system patent at issue was anticipated by prior art.
