IBM Accused Of Unfair Competition

Law360 (January 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A computer systems company on Monday filed a counterclaim against IBM, accusing the computer giant of attempting to block out competition and protect its monopoly by suing the smaller player for breach of contract and patent infringement.
