Reisner's Goldman Debut Signals New Age At SEC

Law360, New York (May 19, 2010, 7:21 PM EDT) -- With Deputy Director of Enforcement Lorin Reisner taking the helm of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's fraud case against Goldman Sachs Group Inc., the agency has put Wall Street on notice that it has the litigation players to take on the big guns, according to attorneys following the case.

Reisner entered his appearance in the action Tuesday, marking the first time he has enrolled directly in a case as trial counsel since taking his post with the SEC in August 2009, the attorneys said....
