Ex-Smart Online CEO Gets 8 Years For Stock Fraud

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 5:14 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has sentenced former Smart Online Inc. CEO Dennis Michael Nouri to eight years in prison, and his brother Reza Eric Nouri to 18 months, for manipulating the Internet software developer's stock through bribery and other illegal means.
