CareGroup Pays $8.5M To Settle FLSA, ERISA Suit

Law360 (May 25, 2010, 6:41 PM EDT) -- CareGroup Healthcare System Inc. has asked a judge to approve an up to $8.5 million settlement of a proposed class and collective action accusing four of its hospitals and their affiliates of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other labor laws.
