Butterball Told To Produce Atty Docs In Don, Doff Suit

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge in a donning and doffing class action has said Butterball LLC must give plaintiffs access to four confidential attorney-client documents the company left at a poultry processing plant.

Magistrate Judge David W. Daniel on Friday ruled on 15 motions in the case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, partially granting, among other things, a plaintiffs' motion for contempt.
