Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A former employee has placed an order for a putative nationwide class action against Home Shopping Network Inc., claiming the retailer failed to pay customer service representatives for their overtime work in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
