Solvay Loses Bid To Transfer Sales Rep's FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 11:59 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Solvay Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s bid to transfer a putative overtime collective action to a venue closer to the drugmaker's Georgia headquarters, but has left the door open for a transfer after the court decides class certification.
