Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 4:10 PM EDT) -- The Underwriters at Interest at Lloyd’s of London have gone on the offensive against a Palm Beach, Fla., jewelry shop owner charged with faking a $5.6 million robbery, claiming his continued lies should release the insurer from a web of excess insurance claims.
