Class Cert. Bid Defeated In Fujifilm Faulty FinePix Suit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 3:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to certify a class of consumers claiming Fujifilm USA Inc. sold FinePix 3800 digital cameras it knew to be defective, ruling that doing so would render the class action device “nothing more than a facade” for litigating individualized cases.
