SG Urges Justices To Reject Pfizer Nigeria Case

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Arguing that there is no conflict in the circuit courts on the issues presented, the solicitor general has urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to hear an appeal by Pfizer Inc. in an Alien Tort Statute case brought by Nigerian families who claim their children were harmed or killed in Pfizer's antibiotics trials in that country.
