Kansas Classes Certified In Hot Fuel MDL

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A judge has granted class certification to a group of Kansas plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation accusing ConocoPhillips Co., Shell Oil Co. and others of unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and violation of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act for selling fuel without accounting for temperature expansion.
