King & Spalding Hires Another IP Litigator From Rival In Hiring Spree

Law360 (July 6, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- King & Spalding has picked up yet another intellectual property litigator from a rival, as the firm continues its aggressive expansion of its newly established New York City patent litigation practice.

The firm hired Robert F. Perry, a patent litigator with extensive experience in electrical and computer engineering, from Kenyon & Kenyon.
