Nike Loses Bid To Enforce Bauer Trademark Settlement

Law360, New York (June 7, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to grant Nike Inc.'s request to enforce a settlement in clothing company Bauer Bros. LLC's trademark infringement suit over a Nike promotion for the U.S. men's soccer team, finding that the footwear giant has failed to prove that it earned no profits from the products at issue.
