Insurer's Claims Pared In Trade Am Coverage Dispute

Law360, New York (June 7, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed several of Cincinnati Insurance Co.'s affirmative defenses in a spat over coverage for damage to home furnishings company Trade Am International Inc.'s inventory after a pipe burst in its warehouse.
