Former Black Employees Support Ravelston Plea

Law360, New York (January 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Although Ravelston owner Conrad Black may not be pleased with his company’s decision to plead guilty to criminal fraud charges, representatives of several of Black’s former companies have cheered the plea bargain.

Executives employed by companies and publications once controlled by Black flooded a Toronto courtroom in support of Ravelston’s decision to plead guilty and assist federal prosecutors in their case against Black.
