Calif. Tourism Board Off Hook In Price-Fixing Action

Law360, New York (June 8, 2010, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday rejected a challenge to a decision that dropped the California Travel and Tourism Board from a putative antitrust class action that accused the CTTC and several rental car companies of taking part in a conspiracy to fix and raise prices for car rentals.
