Continental Need Not Defend Faulty Turf Suit: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010, 8:38 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that Continental Casualty Co. has no duty to defend athletic turf maker Specialty Surfaces International Inc. in a suit by a school district claiming the company installed faulty turf fields as part of a $3 million project.
