Law360 (January 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- When various state court systems in California needed to renegotiate collective bargaining agreements with their union workers they hired Morrison & Foerster, a decision that spoke volumes about the reputation of the firm’s labor and employment group, according to group co-chair Raymond L. Wheeler.

“The courts in California have a wide choice of law firms when they need representation and it tells you something that they come to us,” said Wheeler, who is based in Palo Alto, Calif.
