Class Discovery Bid Granted In Steakhouse FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A judge has allowed a former server at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Inc. to start seeking information from the company about members of a potential class of employees who were allegedly denied minimum wage and overtime pay.

Judge Leonard B. Sand in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday granted Ronald Whitehorn's bid to compel Wolfgang's to produce identifying information for other similarly situated tipped employees.
