9/11 Special Master Feinberg To Oversee $20B BP Fund

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 3:52 PM EDT) -- The White House announced Wednesday that it had reached a mutual agreement with BP PLC to tap veteran mediator Kenneth Feinberg to administer claims against a $20 billion escrow account to pay for environmental and economic damage from the ongoing oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
