Jiangsu Changbao Begins Anti-Dumping Duty Challenge

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Jiangsu Changbao Steel Tube Co. Ltd. has lodged a civil action contesting a hefty 99.14 percent anti-dumping duty the U.S. Department of Commerce imposed on it and other Chinese companies that export oil drilling pipe products.

The Changzhou, China-based company's summons, filed Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, marks a first step in a challenge to the U.S. International Trade Administration's China-wide anti-dumping duty order.
