High Court Ruling Bolsters Employer Searches

Law360 (June 17, 2010, 10:31 AM EDT) -- Employers may be shoring up their privacy policies following a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court ruling Thursday that upheld a text message search of a police officer's department-issued pager but left employee privacy issues open-ended.
