US Bank Workers' Decertification Upheld In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 2:19 PM EDT) -- An Oregon appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to decertify a class of former U.S. Bank NA employees who claimed the bank violated state labor law by failing to pay them their full wages when they quit or were terminated.
