UBS Insider Trading Suspect Still In Custody

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 7:08 PM EDT) -- A suspect accused of trading on illicit tips about pharmaceutical mergers from a UBS Securities LLC investment banker failed to secure a release Friday from federal custody, where he is forced to wait until a district judge determines whether his wife can serve as a co-signer for a $5 million bond.
