Honda Settles Warranty Suit Over Faulty Brakes

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 12:52 PM EDT) -- A nationwide class of Honda owners is seeking final approval of a proposed settlement with the carmaker over allegations that it breached warranty by failing to fix thousands of vehicles it knew had faulty brakes, paving the way for a quick end to litigation.
