DC Circ. Affirms CRB's Ring Tone Royalty Regime

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has backed up the Copyright Royalty Board's Section 115 royalty terms and rates for cell phone ring tones, which the Recording Industry Association of America had argued were arbitrary and capricious in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.
