Deutsche Slays Ex-Exec's Fraud Suit Over Bonus

Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 12:37 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a fraud suit by a former managing director at Deutsche Bank AG who claimed the bank lured him from JPMorgan Chase & Co. only to renege on promises to pay him millions of dollars in annual bonuses.
