Papst Wins Bid To Nix ExcelStor's Hard Drive IP Suit

Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Papst Licensing GmbH & Co. KG has won its bid to toss Chinese hard disk drive manufacturer ExcelStor Technology Inc.'s suit seeking a declaration that it does not infringe Papst's hard disk drive design patents.
