Lockheed Must Show All Docs In Gender Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 4:45 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. has lost a bid to block companywide discovery in a lawsuit from a female engineer alleging the defense contractor systematically passes over female employees for upper-level management positions.

Judge Ann Marie Donio partially granted plaintiff Carol Bell’s motion to conduct companywide discovery, including information relating to other business areas and upper management, in an order issued Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for New Jersey.
