Pomerantz Gets $56M In Fees In Comverse Action

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross LLP will collect $56 million for its work as lead counsel in a backdating class action against communications technology company Comverse Technology Inc., with a federal judge finding that the firm's bid for 25 percent of the $225 million settlement in the case is fair and reasonable.
