Black Gaming Ch. 11 Plan Wins Court Approval

Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has signed off on Black Gaming LLC's plan of reorganization that restructures the company through a deal with the noteholders that control much of its massive debt load, the Las Vegas-based casino and resort operator said Monday.

Judge Bruce A. Markell of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada confirmed the company's plan at a hearing Monday, according to the debtor.
