Guilty Verdict Handed Down In Coke Case

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. jury has convicted a former Coca-Cola Co. secretary of conspiring to steal the beverage giant's trade secrets with the intention of selling them to rival PepsiCo Inc.

On Friday, the jury found Joya Williams guilty on conspiracy charges, putting to rest a nearly two-week trial that took place in the U.S. District Court for the District of Atlanta.
