BofA Wins Stock Option Suit V. Former Assistant GC

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. has won a ruling that it has no duty to honor about $875,000 worth of stock options awarded to a former assistant general counsel who left the bank in 2005, since the options expired 90 days after his resignation.
