Maintenance Workers Hit Air Serv With OT Action

Law360, New York (July 1, 2010, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Airport ground services provider Air Serv Corp. has been hit with a proposed class action filed by a group of former employees accusing the company of failing to pay them overtime.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on behalf of a proposed class of New York residents who worked for Air Serv as janitors, cleaners, aircraft appearance inspectors and ground transportation drivers, among other maintenance jobs.
