Enzo DNA Patent Suits Remain On Hold For High Court

Law360, New York (July 1, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing seven actions over Enzo Biochem Inc.'s patents for methods of detecting nucleic acids has elected to continue the stay of the suits while Applera Corp., a defendant in a related case, asks the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on the validity of the patents.
