ArborGen Eucalyptus Trees Pose Major Threat: Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 12:43 PM EDT) -- The Center for Biological Diversity and other environmental groups have sued the U.S. government in an effort to halt field-testing of genetically engineered eucalyptus trees that allegedly pose a serious and as-yet-unexamined threat to native species.
