Morgan Lewis Hires Bankruptcy Chief From Rival

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has recruited Howard S. Beltzer, the co-head of the bankruptcy practice at White & Case, to co-head the bankruptcy group at Morgan Lewis, the firm confirmed.

Beltzer's practice focuses on major Chapter 11 cases, including multinational bankruptcies, and out-of-court restructurings, according to Morgan Lewis.
