Uno Restaurants Wins Approval For Ch. 11 Exit Plan

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 2:59 PM EDT) -- A judge has confirmed a Chapter 11 exit plan for Chicago pizza chain Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., allowing the company to restructure itself by handing over 100 percent of stock holdings to senior secured lenders.

Judge Martin Glenn issued an order Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York following a hearing in which the debtor reported that it had resolved outstanding objections to its plan, according to an attorney for Uno.
