Costco Shrimp Shoppers Ask To Revive Injunction Bid

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Consumers alleging Costco Wholesale Corp. unfairly reaps as much as $40 million a year by skimping on shrimp in party trays sought Tuesday to convince appeals court judges to revive a contract claim against the retailer and a request for an injunction forcing Costco to properly weigh the shrimp.
