Radware Sues F5 Over Data-Center Patent

Law360, New York (July 20, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Application switch vendor Radware has filed a lawsuit against rival F5 Networks for infringing on a patent for a technology used to determine the proximity of networked devices.

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, alleges that F5's 3-DNS and Big-IP traffic management product lines infringe on a patent awarded to Radware in April.
